Feteasca Neagra is a heavy-hitting red grape native to Romania and Moldova. Translated as the “black maiden”, Feteasca Neagra is considered the queen of grapes for the region. The wine it produces are powerful, spicy, smoky, and can be aged for years on end – think of it as Eastern Europe’s answer to Cabernet Sauvignon.
